This is true, but I have PS Plus and it pays for itself if you play a decent number of games. It's $60 a year and you get discounts on various things, which obviously add up to dollar value and best of all you get free games as long as you're subscribed. Infamous 2, Little Big Planet 2, Spec Ops: The Line, Uncharted Vita and others have been free. You can get your money's worth and then some or simply get some extra value and make it cost less than the current XBox model.
