de aza, wtf

Didn't he go until about august without doing that last year?

Ugh. De Aza is having a nightmare start to this season

Nice. Perfectly executed hit and run !

Followed by a perfectly awful DP .

way to look for a pitch you can hit out of the infield

Damn Alejandro, you look like pure s*** right now

I think it was September actually

Guthrie was pretty awful against everyone but the White Sox last year, wasn't he?

Dude averages

Let's go boys, c'mon. Let's get some better ABs going here

I don't think you can have a nightmare start less than 2.5 games into the season.

QUOTE (Harry Chappas @ Apr 4, 2013 -> 11:52 AM)
Not missing a beat.

This game has the look of one of those Floyd mistakes going about 400 feet to right center and a 3-0 final.

Floyd had 6 starts last year where he threw 6 shut out innings, best of any pitcher on the Sox. Sale was next at 4

The hell happened to De Aza?

Swinging at some terrible pitches

He's looked and been about as bad as possible through the first 2.5 games of the season. Same thing.

I dont think it matters today. second game after a day off, i dont think a sunday lineup is really necessary

Like you said, why would anybody need rest considering the day off?

Only 1 GIDP last year and it came on PA # 572

De Aza has matched his gidp total from last year already.

Seems like he is almost at the same amount of strikeouts as well.

One more bad at-bat and we will get from Hawk, "Alejandro has more bad at bats in three games than I think he had all last season."

Butler, wow -- don't see him swing at that pitch too often .... Good work Gavin, another good inning!!

Keppinger has what? 1 hit?

De Aza hasn't been selective at all thus far. He's pretty much swinging at everything until it gets to 0-2.

Just seeing Guthrie's face pisses me off.

This thread is great at reminding me that some guys go 2.5 games without hits sometimes. Film@10.

dunn

God does Dunn SUCK. That ball was not even close........................
