I am going to guess that mystery team is Braves. No credible sources, just my hunch. They've had interest in Crain previously, tied to Peavy if deal is going to get bigger.

There are a lot of people assuming the Rays are the ones getting Crain. I don't think that's necessarily true.

The interesting thing to me is why they'd need a third team. I suppose another veteran is involved. It could be we take the vet and the third team the conditional prospects.

I think Pittsburgh is the mystery team, hopefully with Rios or De Aza going too.
