Yep, he's not currently MLB starting caliber with the stuff/command he has. Where is the velocity??

He's a young pitcher that's not looked at as a 1-2. He's going to take his lumps this year, but he could be a good #4 starter in the next couple years.

The batter after Cooper comes out to the mound has MVP numbers the past couple of years.

His control is awful

I don't know where these reports of him around 92-94 came from. He throws 89-92 consistantly, and if he can't command his breaking stuff he's going to get shelled, as we see.

Pretty sure Nathaniel Stoltz had him around 92-94 last year in the minors.
