June 18, 201411 yr Author This world cup just keeps getting better. Australia vs Netherlands is so fun. 2-2 now. Mad at Cahill, he had a terrible ball then Netherlands equalizes the other way. Now 3-2 NED, but at the rate this game is going, it won't still be 3-2 by the time I finish posting this.

They weren't the power of 2 years ago. They won the Euro 2 years ago. Hard to believe they couldn't perform better, but after the Netherlands game they just seemed out of it against Chile. Chile was fine, but Spain really didn't put forth much effort or quality.

Given how much National and club success most of those players had, have to wonder if they just got complacent.
