Not just hindsight, everyone thought it was a mistake when it was announced. (Even you do if you scroll back a few pages  ) It's not gonna ruin his legacy, but there's definitely gonna be a "what if" feeling if they don't win the next two.

Oh yeah we all hated it. There were some trading deadline issues as well that we missed on and of course the injury/lack of depth at D is the biggest glaring weakness. Still the Hawks are in a position to force a game 7 and make the cup finals yet again, cant ask for much more than that when you are a fan.

I am not really certain how the salary cap works but is there a chance that after this season Bickell spends the remaining yeas of his contract in Rockford? He really brings nothing to this team beside an occasional hit.

#Blackhawks Corey Crawford 9-3 with a 2.25 GAA, .921 SV%, 1 shutout in 12 career games when facing playoff elimination.

Heading to the game tonight, how about the Hawks follow the Rangers' lead and make it a nice relaxing rout tonight, no more of those multiple overtimes stressful games.

I havent seen Crawford as a huge issue. A lot has been what's in front of him. IMO.

Blackhawks lines: Saad-Toews-Hossa, Bickell-Richards-Kane, Sharp-Vermette-Teravainen, Desjardins-Kruger-Shaw.

Van Riemsdyk said he’s definitely not playing tonight, won’t rule out future games.

Looks like Rundblad is in for Timmonen tonight

Shoot the f***ing puck.

Hawks 1-0 Saad

Hawks 2-0 Keith a great pass to Hossa

Hawks 3-0 Kane

Crawford got punched in the head while that was shot.

Twice interference gives them goals.

Hawks 4-2 great effort.

No. No Anderson chants.

Hawks 5-2 see u Saturday Ducks.

At least we know when to do it properly.

Goodness gracious great balls of fire !

I have no idea how Toronto can allow the goal to stick. Shot coming just as it approaches Crawford a Duck skates by and shoulders his glove as puck whizzes past Crawford on the glove side.

The culture of the NHL is interesting regarding bad/missed calls. Unlike every other pro sports league, the players seem to register a quick complaint, and then they move on.

They clearly blew that call, though. Crawford's glove was moved by the contact. He had no chance to make a play on the puck as a result.

LOL, I was trying to chant "Frederik" but yeah, those were bad. Luckily, Bishop or Lundqvist should be easier to chant.

Have to change Frederik to "Freddie" then it works. Maybe next year .

That was amazing that that stood.

Say what you want about Shaw but he is making a difference in this series.

Bickell is going to set this franchise back 3 years.

The first goal he literally got punched in the mask as the shot was taken which is why he never saw it go wide for deflection.
