I agree, and I feel the same about Quintana. Maybe have Caroll make a start in one of their places, and during a week in which we have an off-day, skip one of them.

All Star Break is coming up soon in 3 weeks. Skip his start right before the ASG so he can get his 1-2 innings in there and have 12-13 or so days off.

One more inning would be OK, but I would not be upset if Sale threw his last pitch of the night.
