White Sox Projected Arbitration Salaries

Featured Replies

Also saw that Beckham is projected to get $5mill. Glad we will be paying someone 1/10 that price to put up similar/better numbers than him.

He won't be offered arbitration.

Actually the Angels are looking to move Kendrick so a great chance he will be.

Belisario- 3.9 mil, NO

Flowers- 2.1, Yes, surprised it's projected that low

Viciedo- 4.4, Yes, still cheap

Noesi- 1.9, Yes

Jones- .6, Yes

Guerra- 1.3, yes

A comp pick for DV would be amazing. Not so much in the short term, but with the way the Sox have been drafting in the early rounds lately, that could be a steal.

i would even settle for comp picks or slot and money.

Yes, good call. I especially like the comp pick idea.

If the Sox want to get rid of Viciedo next year at $4.5 million, there will be a team that is willing to take a chance on it.

100% agree. Viciedo is still young and has some pretty good tools. While he's obviously been a huge disappointment, there is still some chance he becomes an above average hitter. That potential alone is worth $4.5M for a team that's a long-shot to win next year and has a need for some power.
