I would have to look up some recent comparables for him but I'd assume he'd get between $5 and $10 million per year. Come on. He threw 193 innings last year and hasn't had any health issues. He put up 0.3 fWAR in 2013 and 0.8 fWAR in 2014. If you just follow that last number exactly he was worth ~$4 million, and that seems fairly reasonable to me.
