It will be nice when it is baseball weather again, but this is a nice win over the reigning Cy Young, and wins the series. Great job by the pitchers with the shutout.

I'll take a 4-3 homestand, but if we can take this series from KC that would be great get us back to .500 and 2 back of them would be huge.

Got a good feeling the Sox will pound the Royals this weekend.

Climbing back into it. They've actually been pretty good since the horrendous start.

Just our luck the AL Central might be the best division in MLB this year. I was a bit doubtful it would be but it's looking that way.

Positives:

 

Shark didn't have his best stuff and he still shut down Cleveland through 6IP. His strand rate should be way high, but he's making the big pitches in the short term.

 

6 guys with two hits today. That has to be a first for the season.

 

Eaton. When he gets going the offense is going to look very different. 5-12, 2 BB this series.
