Of course Sony and Marvel both denied that there was going to be a deal regarding Spiderman and that ended up happening so I wouldn't be surprised if this does happen and they are just ironing out details.

Think Steve's Derrick Rose rumor. I don't understand this reasoning, the Spider-Man rumor was heavily speculated when Civil War was announced, and denials started there. Then the Sony leak happened and they squashed it again, and a month later the deal was struck. Marvel is icing out Fox, they cancelled future F4 magazines to drive down interest and then Fox played right into their hands by meddling with the film and turning it into a bomb. I think there is definitely some real smoke here

October 24, 201510 yr Saw some scenes in the trailer ripped straight from Alias. That means this s*** is going to get real dark, real fast. The following spoiler is one of the more messed up things from Alias, so be warned. For reference, Kilgrave/Purple Man makes Jessica WANT him to rape her. She has control of her mind still (his powers are pheromone based), but her body wants to be raped by him. Fortunately it never happens, he does it to torture her.
