The Oakland commentators have mentioned on a few occasions now how much different Avisail looks this year.

Avi will be a good player for the Sox, but I just do not see 30/30 guy at all.

It's pretty clear Garcia can be one hell of a hitter. He's just got to develop the patience to get good pitches to hit. He's still not selective enough and doesn't lift the ball enough.

There's a reason they called him little Miggy in Detroit. He's got that type of potential if he figures it out.

A guy who works as hard as Avi does with that much talent will continue to get better.

Yeah that is quite a stretch but he is still young. I see more of a 20/20 maybe

Something I really enjoy about Rowand is he shares experiences playing against guys that are still playing (ie..Mujica)

Alexei finally gets a hit on a GB to third.

That's one way to get a hit. Come on Flowers, do something!

Either way, not as ridiculous as when Hawk said that there "aren't many funny Latin guys in the clubhouse" earlier haha

Yes, that was ridiculous

Would be nice to get 2 more so we don't need to use Robertson tonight.

Please stop Hawk.

Eric Chavez is doing the same on the Oakland broadcast. He's been pretty interesting to listen to.

lol tyler flowers suck off

I'm sorry but Flowers will never be good Hawk/Rowand

Tyler strikes out on a high fastball...what new?

That hitch in his swing is always going to limit his ability to hit high pitches. Just like Gordon.

Flowers has been unable to get around on about 12 fastballs tonight. Regardless of the fluff announcing by Hawk, his timing is awful.
