Swing the bat dammit

Blowed another chance again.

Keep maing him throw pitches, either one of these jams he gets into burns him or the Sox get into Oakland's nightmarish bullpen early.

Frustrating, but better than going 3 up 3 down. Let's keep the pressure, stay the course...

I am not banking on his future, but he's first sox prospect tO hit his way up in a long time.

his contact rate will be critical. If he can hustle out 10-20 hits a year and hit around 270, he'll play. Power will never be there nor patience but with his glove, you can live with it as long as he hits some ropes like he did that inning and hustles 'em out.

This is his age 22 season. He's got some development left imo.

^^ this. No need to be upset. This is going well. Cmon shark!

Sanchez is a vacuum at 2nd.

We're hitting over .280 with an OPS greater than .750 as a team the last 13 games and we're scoring less than 5 runs a game in that span, last inning is a great example of why.

I dont think Johnson gets that out

His ceiling IMO is solid starter. I can easily see him having a 10 year career with 15-25 war. His glove will play. If he can hit 270/300/380, in today's game that's a fine 2B.

I keep telling people...go look at his numbers in the minors and compare them to Omar Infante's numbers coming up. Sanchez spent an extra year in the minors that Infante didn't, but otherwise they're very similar. Handful of walks, handful of strikeouts different.

I'll take this compared to the first month

Nie 1-2-3, settle in Shark and the offense will get you the W.

good inning against their bottom third

That's better shark

FYI, Avi has the same number of hits this year that he did last year in 46 fewer ABs

How many times has Melky hit the ball in the air hitting right handed

Kazmir settling in his change obviously looks good.

Hanging splitter there

That's a mean lead

Well, here it is

Very lucky its not 1st and 3rd.

Here we go again

Semien looks great at the plate

Get Noesi up
