They used to have a machine in the earlier seasons but now they just run around the backyard. Clay and Austin have been doing some creative things for cardio and strength.

July 31, 201510 yr Author I'm tired of Vanessa's complaining and monotonous voice. Hope she goes. I'd put her and Shelli up and if one comes down, go with Austin or Clay. James seems to have a man crush on Clay though so I doubt that happens.
