Damn I have mixed emotions. Sox are laughingstocks of the league tonight in letting LaRoche pitch. But it is funny.

LaRoche with the 62 MPH curve!

At least LaRoche pitches better than Dunn.

Gotta love it! Despite it being a little embarrassing.

3 up, 3 down. 1 K, standing O... should we put him to the pen?

Swear it looks like Brendan Ryan struck out on purpose...

That made this game worth it to watch :)

At least our team's spirits have been lifted. Great managerial decision.

See Carlos it isn't that difficult.

I don't care this was a blowout. That was one of the best things I've ever seen.

His speeds ranged from 62-85... actually wasn't that bad.

He was great.

Funny and sad that the No. 1 highlight of his season so far is that. That last pitch was amazing.

Dave LaRoche was his dad . Pitched with the Sox, Twins ,Angels among others if I'm remembering right.

Yeah, this was good but I definitely wouldn't call it the #1 highlight of the season.

Knew his Dad was a pitcher, but didn't think of it tonight. Thanks for the reminder.

The collective ERA of all position players pitching has to be under 2. It seems like they never give up runs.

He said HIS season. Hard to argue really.

Misread, my bad. I'd reluctantly agree, then.

Maybe Adam can pitch for Danks instead. Maybe we can have Danks DH

Here we go! *grabs popcorn*

Avi is so lost. It's sad to see how much he's fallen.

LaRoche is still laughing and smiling as he steps up to the plate. I've rarely seen him smile all year

30/30 in his case means walks and RBI

LaRoche with 4 hits AND a scoreless inning pitched? His best game all year.
