2015-2016 NBA Thread

It's totally psychological...but was digging Rose since he cleaned his due and ditched the mask. Played super aggressive last night as well. Loved the effort out of him and he missed some shots in the paint that should come with time. This is the stretch where I'd hope we would see Rose take steps forward.

Billups was really defending Rose last night talking about how he couldn't imagine playing with double / blurred vision.

I don't actually believe he had double vision.

I find it very easy to believe someone could have double vision after that injury. Other players had said they have dealt with it. To say you don't believe him just because you don't like him is weak.

He said after the game to the ESPN crew that he STILL has double vision, but that he's a "professional" so he can deal with it.

I, too, think it's bulls***. Unless it's a very, very minor issue (like haloing or something), he'd see a specialist if it didn't go away after 3 months.

Yeah. Highly doubt he would not be playing now if he had double vision.

Wait, so you do think he would be playing through it?

My coworker has been dealing with double vision for about 4 months. One of the Angels players had a similar issue this past season. They usually give it anywhere from a few weeks to 6+ months before they do anything else (as long as they have validated it isn't something serious). Unfortunately it is something that absolutely lingers.

Do people think he'd just magically be worse this year vs. the prior year? Come on, that makes zero sense.

I think your co-worker is lying. ;)

Haha, DeRozan just hit a game winning 3 Pointer but Dwayne Casey had called a Timeout 1 sec before, the Youtube Video will be hilarious for this.

I think all sporting venues have s*** way to close to the field whether it is concrete barriers and people around a football field or basketball court or people behind dugouts without netting.

I have felt this for a while not just because of the events of the recent months.

Adrian Woj saying Rockets looking to deal lawson. I would really love to know price and see if Bulls could be in play. Our backcourt is so thin and weak right now.

Rose for Lawson, Jones, and Dekker. Not that the Rockets would do that, but I can dream.

Houston is a disaster right now.

Looking like Bulls would not be a great fit as Lawson definitely wants to be moved to a place where he can start. I wonder if NYK will bite?

Derrek needs to realize he's not a shooter. He doesn't need to be. Drive and hit that floater.
