Saladino just isn't good enough to bat 2nd right now.

Literally just got on this thread to say that. With his defense and base stealing potential he is a nice option for 8 or 9 in a line up but we need to find some one else to hit second.

Seems like he is a severe ground ball hitter

His swing is bad for batting 2nd. He doesn't make any adjustments at the plate.
