Yeah, Santana wanted NOTHING to do with Jose in that AB. He didn't come within a foot of the strike zone.

The first pitch I thought that, but after that he was trying really hard to avoid the strike zone.

Pitching around Jose to get to Frazier is kind of the opposite of what we want.

 

That was a nice diving play by Escobar to get to that ball and save a run for Minny.
