As stated, you have to win games like this if you want to make the playoffs. Prior sox teams would not have won this game.

The halos got a few big lucky breaks in this game too - specifically the botched check swing call that would have prevented their run.

Sale's been really efficient this year. Better defense, improved pen with Jones taking a huge role enables Sox to win more of these tight games.

O needs to get more efficient. Still too many bad approach at bats.
