July 9, 20169 yr Hopefully this is just a way to grab him an extra rest and manage his innings load. Fulmer?
July 9, 20169 yr Author QUOTE (flavum @ Jul 9, 2016 -> 09:41 AM) Hopefully this is just a way to grab him an extra rest and manage his innings load. Fulmer? This makes sense.
July 9, 20169 yr QUOTE (flavum @ Jul 9, 2016 -> 09:41 AM) Hopefully this is just a way to grab him an extra rest and manage his innings load. Fulmer? Fulmer one start maybe and then moved to pen when Rodon comes back
July 9, 20169 yr QUOTE (WhiteSoxLifer @ Jul 9, 2016 -> 09:46 AM) Fulmer one start maybe and then moved to pen when Rodon comes back I can dig it.
July 9, 20169 yr Anyone else a little unsure that Fulmer is going to not just s*** the bed in MLB? I know he's on a run of a few bad starts, but Ranaudo seems like the option fro a spot start to me.
July 9, 20169 yr QUOTE (flavum @ Jul 9, 2016 -> 02:41 PM) Hopefully this is just a way to grab him an extra rest and manage his innings load. Fulmer? Hopefully just a made up injury to get him rest.
July 9, 20169 yr QUOTE (flavum @ Jul 9, 2016 -> 09:41 AM) Hopefully this is just a way to grab him an extra rest and manage his innings load. Fulmer? That's what I was thinking, given the timing around the AS break too.
July 9, 20169 yr I have no feeling on Fulmer either way. The walks concern me, but maybe he can handle it and is the best option right now. We're in desperation mode right now for sure.
July 9, 20169 yr QUOTE (Jake @ Jul 9, 2016 -> 07:56 AM) Anyone else a little unsure that Fulmer is going to not just s*** the bed in MLB? I know he's on a run of a few bad starts, but Ranaudo seems like the option fro a spot start to me. I thought he was on a run of some good starts ??
July 9, 20169 yr Would not be surprised if they did something similar with Fulmer as to what they did with Aaron Poreda and showcase him for a trade. Granted Poreda didn't start, but he was clearly brought up to snag someone they really wanted (Peavy). Albeit he denied the first time, the second time they got him. Be on the lookout for it, just my hunch. Maybe Lucroy is in the works. Edited July 9, 20169 yr by Soxnfins
July 9, 20169 yr "Rodon sprained his wrist slipping on the dugout steps coming out for the anthem prior to Friday's game"
July 9, 20169 yr QUOTE (CaliSoxFanViaSWside @ Jul 9, 2016 -> 11:01 AM) I thought he was on a run of some good starts ?? Sorry about the confusing wording, I mean Ranaudo is on a run of bad starts.
July 10, 20169 yr QUOTE (fathom @ Jul 9, 2016 -> 03:58 PM) Hopefully just a made up injury to get him rest. Can a team really do that and not risk sanctions if caught?
July 10, 20169 yr Well, isn't there a video of him falling on the dugout steps...? Surely, someone could corroborate it happening.
