I wouldn't say the Royals suck. I'd say they sucked tonight. They have been a streaky team this year. Very hot for one stretch, and then what you would have expected from the Royals going into the year for another stretch. Hopefully they are in a cold stretch now.

Be good- It's in New York, that's why he said that. I think it's an odd idea. In theory it's good, but how many open gays high school age do you know? There was 1 at my high school last year (he has since graduated). I doubt they will get many people. I like it for them because gays get made fun of and ridiculed in high school, but the fact remains that there aren't that many open gays at that age.

Thanks for the input. I was planning on adding a synopsis about how the team's did in the week for the future. I'll try to add more info about the players, but I don't know much about them yet. As I continue to follow the minors more in-depth I'll learn more and share that. As for the date, it's at the top of the article in the title.

I don't like the show either. I stuck with the first one to see how it ended, but it wasn't entertaining. I haven't watched much of the 2nd one.

I'm guessing the video game company because he said it was a gaming site. I got that PM too, it was annoying. I wouldn't worry about it too much. It will be dealt with and there is really no way to prevent this from happening without putting unfair restrictions on new posters.

I heard Levine saying on CLTV's Sports Page that the Padres were scouting the Sox minor league system and that they were probably there because of a Jarvis deal. I'd love to get Jarvis. He was on my fantasy team a year or 2 ago and he is a solid pitcher. He had a lot of quality starts and it looks like he is doing that again this year. We'd have to give up something pretty good for him though.

LMAO!!!! I went to a game where Frank was getting heavily booed. It was harsh because I was behind him the whole way and I couldn't believe that was happening in our park. s*** happens, the fans got over it and I think Frank has to.

The key is those 13 games against KC. The rest won't matter as much if one team wins 9 or more in the head to head.

I think Rowand needs to get a chance. He has shown flashes of playing well and has been kicked out of the starting lineup by a new arrival the last couple years. Just when he started hitting well this season we traded for Everett. I like the deal, but I think to get a good 5th starter we should deal Carlos Lee. Unforutnatlely I don't think there is an available pitcher good enough to get for C Lee. I know it's a risky move, but I'd like to see Rowand get a chance.

I wouldn't go that far. I'd still rather have Oakland's trio. Our 1-2-3 is awesome though, and with Garland pitching well at the 4 spot we have one heck of a rotation for once. Unfortunately we don't have a 5th starter to speak of.

It was the 2nd one they did I think. It was soon after the trades for Everett and Alomar. The Sox were the overwhelming favorite. It was a stupid poll. Ever since they've been better about picking questions that Sox fans won't be biased.

It's better than when they asked who would win the AL Central. What did they expect? Sox fans to vote for the Royals or Twins?

We go into the series 4 games back so we won't come out of it in first so I hope the guys aren't putting pressure on themselves to get a sweep. With Minnesota losing we are starting to get some distance from them, hopefully we can take 2 out of 3 from KC and Minny keeps losing behind us.
