Guys that destroy bad pitchers hit good pitchers too. Good pitchers just have a tendency of getting a lot of guys out, regardless of how good the hitters are. He's been slightly below average with the bat, slightly above average with the glove, and he's 4 runs above replacement and at exactly zero wins above average.
