Cleveland Indians @ Chicago White Sox - 9/26

Well, this is the worst, most inaccurate title of a game thread in history. Close this thread, and let's start the game thread in a few hours with more positivity.

Heck no. Everyone else got to make their thread. This is mine. And I have a winning record making threads. Change the title if you want mods.

Most be a Cubs fan starting this thread....any true Sox fan is still believing that a division title is within grasp

Get off it already!!! You are the only true fan here. You must go to every game. You must smile after every lost.

It was a painful series ,but we need to calm down, rock and roll and win this next series. Check that, sweep the next series. Might as well let the Jayhawks fn who's team pulled a championship from nowhere start the last few threads.

Sox fans, lets f***in rock!!!

Danks and home equals danger for the twins.

The ultimate test for our manager's motivation skill. If these guys come out flat when they still control their own destiny...then maybe we should make OC the manager.

this isn't little league - They just have to beat a guy who's got a 1.42 ERA.

Guys ... read the Sun Times DeLuca column. The team has stopped believing. Sorry but we are toast.

Swisher brooding; OC talking to Twins about how great the Twins are; Oz ripping everybody in sight. We ain't winning s*** vs. the Tribe.

Let the firesale begin ... hopefully at the winter meetings when our big name players' performances of this season will have been largely forgotten and we can get some value for Swish, Paulie, Dye, Javy, etc.

How can we believe in a team that has tanked??

I'll be at the game tonight....The hitting clinic we put on in Minnesota gives me little hope, but f*** it, its baseball, anything can happen.

Let the 5-game winning streak start tonight and lets head to Tampa Bay!!!!!!!!

after all this the funny thing is we still control our own destiny. If we sweep clev at home, beat the tigers at home, then beat the twins at home. we are in the playoffs no matter what. so we just need a 5 game win streak then a plane ticket to tb

This team is so dead, I don't think they want it at all anymore. Although, if we win one more game than the Twins in the next 3, we still have a chance.

Not gonna be able to watch, but hopefully they can win tonight and the Twins lose and we are right back in first place. Not likely though the way the two teams are going.
