  1. He was actually tagged before the first foot touched the bag.
  2. He should be out but it won’t be overturned.
  3. This game is just snake bitten.
  4. This is death by a 1000 paper cuts.
  5. This is like watching a little League game so far.
  6. It probably wasn’t his fault, but he doesn’t seem to do anything particularly well back there, so whenever a wild pitch happens, it just amplifies the other gripes with him. I’m including myself in this description.
  7. Edgar was starting to hit the ball hard the last couple weeks before Teel came back. That’s why it’s so confusing he was the one to go down. Romo can’t hit and he can’t catch. I’m not sure what the thought process is there. Also, if people haven’t figured out that Lee will not be catching for this team at the Major League level again, I’m not sure what else they need to do to show you that’s not happening. Quero is 23. He’s like the 3rd youngest catcher in baseball. They don’t have to “salvage” him. Catchers have weird development paths.

  9. Quero going down instead of Romo is still baffling to me.
  10. That ball was also crushed at 105 and that was a great throw. I’m not saying he’s isn’t on the slower side but that was a nice defensive play too.
  11. Surprised that Tony was able to hit 100mph there. Didn't realize he had it in him.
  12. Kay hates the opener and he's the one guy who should have it every time.
  13. Still interesting to me they chose to send Edgar down instead of him. Edgar at least seemed to be showing signs of life at the plate over the last two weeks or so.
  14. He's throwing either tonight or tomorrow in Charlotte.
  15. Neither ball was hit hard. Xba of .290 and .170
  16. It looked weird in realtime but the replay he looked like he got rid of it fine.
  17. The inability for guys to throw strikes when they first come in is wild.
  18. He’s hasn’t thrown one 1st pitch strike.
  19. Randy Savage is back.
  20. Wee Man is on a heater.
  21. It really has felt obnoxious whether it’s true or not.
  22. Also, this is the first stretch of bad baseball since they were 6-13. They were due for a down stretch.
