My opinion, Yates and Garrett Richards (as a starter obviously) are the 2 best "bang for your buck" candidates out there in the free agent market.

Between that and Bernstein, seems Hendriks is out. This would point towards Colome/Quintana.

45 HR last 2 seasons. For a fraction of Springer's cost? I'd jump on him (IF nontendered). A platoon of him and Engel should work.
