Tony is making damn sure to erase the whatever goodwill he, and leury, for that matter fostered last year as quickly as possible.

Maybe I’m misremembering but I seem to recall there being this exact conversation happening last April and it evened itself out by like June.

Fwiw I don’t really think $6 per 12 ounces is all that expensive, certainly not cheap and it should be cheaper but I’m pretty accustomed to seeing 5-7 bucks for a beer at bars these days. But it is definitely absurd to expect a family of four to spend like $150 dollars per game. The bigger issue is food and soft drinks imo, I can’t even imagine what left field would be like if you get drunk on the cheap.

Player wages relative to league revenues have gone down every year since the turn of the century. Tickets and concessions have done nothing but go up, because people can and do pay those prices.

20 ounce beer for 3.50 is borderline irresponsible lmao

Fundamental lack of understanding economics here

The knots people tie themselves in to complain about shit on here never ceases to amaze

Not saying sports betting should be illegal but we really gotta do something about the advertising.

Something about teams putting betting lines on tweets is so gross

Well buxton is hurt again

He’s in the lineup against a righty today in the 5 hole. I think it’s less he’s a platoon bat and more, Tony’s trying to get everyone in the lineup early on which he’s always done.

yeah no shot this one gets played

Luis Robert,,,,,,,hello,,,,

Feels like a minor miracle after that first

Look I'm also enjoying the Josh Harrison experience so far. But I also enjoyed the Adam Eaton experience for the first couple weeks or so.

Getting 0-2 against this dude is not ideal

Lesson learned, not even Vince Velasquez can derail the Luis Robert Main Character season

but you see the answer is too simple not swing at it, and attack fastballs

Basically never say never to trading any player for the right guy, but they don't think that guy is out there for Vaughn atm

Hahn shot this down on the radio like an hour ago fyi, at least the Vaughn part

I think every pitching staff is gonna be beat to shit at some point this year, not something unique to the Sox.

I got nothing to say today other than TA showing up yesterday and immediately ripping a double made laugh out loud. Such a stud.

Hopelessly lame account imo

They just showed it in slo mo man, it definitely affected the throw

Homer call from Burbanks finest, thanks John!
