The fact that theres solid players in AA doesnt really mean they need a promotion because the sox have a history of keepin some of their prospects at Birmingham and bringin them straight to the majors from there never making a stop at AAA....

I totally agree...His offspeed pitches are way too inconsistent... Its funny how were arguing the same point but somehow disagree???? And If you have any Jon Garland footage on tape of him hitting the mid 90's I would love to see...

What pitches does he get hurt on? Hanging Curveballs and Floating Changeups...HIGH IN THE ZONE...it is ALMOST as easy as that.... He does go long stretches in games looking near dominant with his fastball-change...or am I watching a different game?

The Changeup in itself is a good pitch...we just have to learn to avoid the belt high change up that yells hit me hit me hit me all the way to the plate.... At any level a belt high change up gets hit hard...Granted at the major league level it gets hit OUT... Keep the change down....and it can do wonders...

LOL....Now if you actually watched and observed White Sox Baseball...you would notice the vast majority of his errors are on the most routine ground balls hit to him...Perhaps that is reason he is sometimes SOOO very frustrating....I.E. Last nights error hit almost directly to him one step to his right...Granted he was playing on the second base side (shift for Delgado) but the play was quite routine. I guess I'm too much of a simpleton (not singleton) to understand the "range factor" in its entirety but I do see what I see....

Well normally I would say that you made a good point but your talking about a team whose CFer Bernie Williams has won multiple Gold gloves and most who understand how to play CF will tell you he is know better than an average CFer who often misplays fly balls and takes bad angles... Therefore taking Derek Jeter as an example doesnt really hold water...being that most scouts will also tell you hes the second best SS on his team right now...

Yes because In my post I requested that Mike Caruso should be found most likely selling insurance in southern california, flown directly to Toronto and start in Jose's place tomorrow...That is EXACTLY what I put in my post... From what I have seen of the draft reports it is Pitcher heavy and position player light...There are a number of good college pitchers and some high school talent....The college level is extremely thin in quality position players so the majority of early round position players will be High school developmental talent... Its still a little early and many of the draft publications have not yet come out, it usually heats up in the next two weeks so you will be able to find more information then... Im following the draft pretty closely this year because im pretty good friends with a few future draftees....So I'll try to keep everyone updated...
