  1. Yep. He made a nice play on a swinging bunt and they pulled him.
  2. Normies trying to explain pitches is always funny.
  3. He's good at making contact and picking it up and throwing it to 1B. Outside that your guess is as good as mine.
  4. It's very strange that they started a swing change so soon. Usually teams let first year guys (especially top picks) go out and play then if they need to make swing adjustments do it during instructs so they can work on them during the off season. I have no idea why they would start that process immediately after the draft.
  5. Jacob Gonzalez has 1 xbh in 14 games. No bueno.
  6. They're 3rd in K's and 23rd in ERA. They need to be more effiecient and stop throwing so many damn breaking balls. Focus on geting outs instead of trying to strike everyone out. Maybe throw some more fastballs in fastball counts.
  7. This kid's got a fantastic swing. Short quick line dr stroke w/direct path to the ball. He does a great job staying inside the baseball. Beautiful.
  8. My guy JD finally put a good swing on one. He has a shoulder thing he has to get taken care of but he has an extremely high ceiling. It's all there.
  9. I believe this is Danny Zien's territory. Maybe he's suddenly been freed up to be more active in acquiring players.
  10. It sure seems like this class is going to be heavy in HS pitching when it's day 4 and teams are still running out arms like this.
  11. Whoa. Crafton got all of that one. ?
  12. Jeez the WS are running out some crazy good arms this week. This dude might be the best of the bunch.
  13. Curiel might be my fav bat in the HS class. Kid's got a fantastic swing.
  14. Hayse is super athletic w/a fast arm and a chance for a plus slider but he's still very raw and doesn't often repeat his mechanics.
  15. Holy smokes this dude throws a freakin hammer.
  16. That low slot creates a tough angle and some serious life thru the zone.
  17. This dude has made a huge jump the last few months. The head snap/command wil llead to some significant reliever risk but the arm strength is undeniable.
  18. Ken's cousin. Pretty smooth and easy w/some X-fire action.
  19. Dude is 6'8" and creates some serious downhill angle. Me likey.
  20. Grandal is a bad guy. Wow who could've ever guessed that. Not me that's for sure. Nope. Not me at all. I love that all this s%*# is finally coming out. This season has been like Christmas morning everyday.
  21. Sloan may end up being a dude. He's got a really good arm and has improved his strike throwing this summer.
  22. I said a while ago that Rick Hahn's chickens were coming home to roost but man those sweet bastards decided to light s%*# on fire while they were at it. This is so awesome!
  23. Curiel is one of the top HS hitters in the class. Pretty swing w/advanced feel and approach. BTW- it's Area Code week.
  24. Not breaking any news on Grandal. We knew that the day he signed.
