USC is playing OSU for the chance to finish #2 and go to the BCS championship game and that stadium looks 1/4 empty - the announcers said 80,000 buit that looks charitable - hell,we get 110,000 playing Central Michigan just because we got to play someone for the opening game - the last game we had that was under 100,000 was in 1975 - and when we play the real OSU we could sell the stadium half over again at least and only seat 112,000 because that is all we can get in there - the blase blase la di da attitude that I detest about (most) things Californian (no offense to our California posters and no offense esp to Jason!)

I don't know that - actually, I kind of use Ks and BA as a measure of a hitter. A "great" hitter who hits 225 is still a 225 hitter. Cameron has one good game a year. You are right, I did mis-read and did not see the word "a". So you resort to homophobic comments as well as attack people who attempt to take your side when MSU is attacked. Somehow - it is expected. My error in trying to post positive on MSU, atke your side, and make a light hearted statement to change the tone of the very negative thread's beginning.

While the very concept of MSU is one that sucks it is very over-stated to say that MSU basketball sucks. What is happening in a few early games is not enough to draw an overdrawn conclusion. It is early, we know that Izzo's teams do, and give this team time to jell. Despite early difficulties I expect them to contend in the Big 10 and in the NCAAs. But some excitable people will always overstate things after a handful of games. (What is a "dick asshole"? The merger of these two distinct body parts is beyond comprehension. One can bring the two together, but to have them united in this way - I think it cannot be done.)
