It is not a sin to be gay and if you want me to really get into that with an extensive Biblical discourse, I shall. The Scriptures say nothing that some people say they say. But the Scriptures do not condemn homosexuality and it is given for some people, just the way they are. Things that disgust me would never include two people (of any pairing) expressing their love for one another through the vehicle of sex. But disgusting things do include people are are ready to condemn others for matters of race, orienation, gender, disabilities, or other such. And it has long been my experience that those who are most homophobic have the issues and insecurities that they have not dealt with. A person who is totally secure in their own self - say, Jason - is the one who finds that accepting all people for what the givens of their lives are is the way to live.

Hazing rituals and young adolescent goofing around, all very straight, are afr more of what wsf described - i went to Lane Tech when it had 5,500 male students and s*** like wsf described was par for the course, and everyone doing it all was straight as can be - got a lot of uptight folks here wsf - suspect those the ones with the strongest denials of ever doing that s*** are forgetting a few things they have done or won't admit it or in denial themselves sw the same s*** in my co-ed college and at Western Michigan when I worked there off campus with the frat hazing rituals - knowing what a lot of jock teams do for hazing - I m at a los why anyone would comment on wsf's stuff or think it was in any way not par for the course. WSF just honest enough to say it.

guys have been doing s*** like what wsf described since the beginning of time. WSF has just been more honest about it. Ain't nothing to do with gay or straight and just very typical of guys of goofing around.

I'm with CK here - Harris didn't set our world afire last fall and in no way is he washed up and I am glad he is doing so well now - I am sure we will see him play some this season or definately next if we have no injuries this year - and I hope really hope he does as well when he comes back as he is doing now - but CK is right, some guys just dominate in AAA and can't make the move to the majors and I am of the suspicion that Harris is one of those. I would so love to be wrong. But no ticker tape parade for him yet.

Psycho, saw the previews for Identity on Friday and it looks awesome - as far as scary goes. I want to see it myself. I hope it is as good as the previews!

I agree that I don't wan to hear about trades right now - I like this team. If as in in 2000 a Herbert Perry or Tony G appear, someone we can use, lets do it, but I am in haste to trade away anyone. We have a good team.

My favorite would be Bull Durham - just because I see something new everytime I see it to make me laugh - looking at my collection of dvds and videotapes, not one sports movie in the group - sports movies just somehow are a bit too contrived for me - none of them has never actually captured the reality, the real tensions and excitment of actual sports events -
