Oh My God. The podcast with Bill Simmons when Adam pitches a movie with Shia Labuff (sp?) had me rolling. I had to pause it.

NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports that Matt Cassel has been traded to the Chiefs. The Boston Globe's Mike Reiss has confirmed the news, which is part of the trade sending Mike Vrabel West. There were rumors Cassel could be involved in a three-team swap, but it appears Kansas City will be his final destination. Compensation has not been announced, but it's safe to say the Tyler Thigpen era is over before it started. Cassel may not have excelled in every system, but he's set up for great long-term success under GM Scott Pioli and coach Todd Haley, who will play to his strengths. A new contract is likely. On Thursdays, I work split shifts, 4:30am-10am than 5pm-10pm. When I get home after my first shift, I usually put in a movie and take a nap. Today, I chose something I hadn't watched in a LONG time. SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION. I didn't get to take my nap.

Liked the episode. Terry O'Quinn is amazing. Locke is my favorite character on the show. I posted a couple of days ago that this episode could be the one to get him an Emmy. I was expecting more out of the meetings with Kate and Jack. Wasn't sure if his conversation with Jack was enough to push Jack into believer mode. Maybe we'll see flashbacks and more of those conversations. That scene in the apartment was epic.

With all these #1's dropping, when is Illinois State gonna get their shot?
