  6. Hey guys check out the White Sox wallpapers at this site. http://imageevent.com/dreamkast/mlbb I especially like the Ross Gload/Joe Borchard one. Best 1-2 combo in the bigs? What the hell?
  7. I can today be proud of my country by stepping up and pledging another 36 million dollars in Tsunami relief to total 40. I hope this sort of becomes a bidding war to see who can put the most forward. The other top donors are the USA at 35, Japan at 30 and Australia at 27. source http://www.cbc.ca/story/canada/national/20...nami041229.html
  8. Why not? Brutal Dictator, Brutal Tsunami
  9. Well 35 million does seem like a very insignificant amount when you consider how much is spent everyday in Iraq (177 million). Then on top of that when you consider approval rates for the War in Iraq are probably close to 50% where as approval rates for giving relief aid would probably be more like 100%. No one seems to be wondering if the US just can't pay any more money. I mean they've got a huge enough deficit as it is. All the other countries funding sucks too by the way.

    Relief Aid

courtesy New York Daily News What do you guys think? Shouldn't our governments be doing more? Also if anyone knows a link that lists all the countries aid, please post it. ------------------ 68,200 now dead http://www.cbc.ca/story/world/national/200...dead041228.html There is also a good graphic of the tsunami's wrath, and a table showing which countries were hit hardest.
  11. Hey you live in a red state you have Jesus to come to your defense. You don't need me.
  12. Okay I'm as leftist as they come. I care about the environment over anything else and so on. But I still believe in the right person for the job. Just because I'm a liberal doesn't mean I have to have 50/50 men and women in employment. Please lets lay off the generalizations.
  13. I got the collection for Christmas and will watch the next 2 very soon.
  14. HAHA finally watched The Godfather today. While it seemed basically flawless it never ended up being quite as engaging as I had wished. 9/10
  15. Well like it or not homosexuality in many animal species is a natural occurence.
  16. Just watched Team America last night. Absolutely hilarious 8/10. Gary Johnston: Jesus, this is a nice limo. Spottswoode: Yes, it is. Now suck my cock!... Just kidding.
  17. Just watched Bad Santa again tonight. It was even better the second time, 7/10 and almost 8.
  18. courtesy cbc.ca Too bad these guys aren't French, or they'd actually be taken seriously.
  19. As a lifelong Falcons fan this is great news. Basically we have Vick for his entire career!
  20. I have to agree with you here, I saw Dynamite in theatres like 3 or 4 months ago thinking man this is going to be hilarious. But I came out not having laughed that much. I stil did like the movie though. The cholos ruled!
  21. According to imdb it opened in a limited release yesterday. Here's a trailer for people who don't know about it. http://www.apple.com/trailers/mgm/hotel_rwanda/
  22. Well I think time will tell us whether that is true or not.
  23. Actually that's less the the average vote it received at imdb which is 7. It's a moderately funny, worth watching once but not twice comedy. With some funny parts. For me this was no where near a 2. If you're looking for movies closer to 2, here ya go. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0326856/?fr=c2...fc=1;ft=21;fm=1 http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0266747/?fr=c2...b24_;fc=1;ft=20 http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0282552/
