I agree, not too comfortable with the game riding on him.

I don't disagree with most of what your saying, but I don't want to miss the playoffs to test the FO in the offseason. All it would probably mean is disappointment of missing the playoffs and further disappointment watching the FO not really doing anything to address it in the offseason. As you have mentioned they are not serious contenders and that is because the organization as a whole isn't serious about contending. That Harrison and Pollock were the answers to 2B and RF respectively and they let Rodon walk away tells me they aren't serious about winning. When healthy(which pretty much never happens) I still think they are the best in this bad division. Reinsdorf led organizations do just enough to keep fans interested, nothing more.

When the White Sox try to work the count it's 0-2 in the blink of an eye lol.

Cleveland at Sox-Game one, 7:10 CT
Yes, a lot of players would have hit that pitch from Burr very hard.

Crosstown Series Game One--6:40 CT
It's f'in May 3rd and already sat for several games. If he isn't fresh now he never will be. Someone mentioned before that TLR thinks these guys in their 20s feel like him so he sits them all the damn time, starting to believe that.

Crosstown Series Game One--6:40 CT
It is beyond ridiculous how babied these guys are. Play a few games and then rest, wtf is that?

5/01- White Sox vs Angels, 1:10, CSN, ESPNR
Happy to see Robert run through first base instead of lunging and hurting himself.

Time to Sacrifice Dallas
Agree, if they want to use him as a fall guy that's fine. However, while sending Keuchel to the mound may be considered an automatic loss another way to an automatic loss is to score zero.

4/30- White Sox vs Angels, 3:05, CSN/FS1, ESPNR
I am guessing most likely it does.

How Concerned Should We Be?
I agree on Eloy. Soler seems like a good comp for him. Like you mentioned, Abreu/Grandal/Pollock are the back side of their careers but I still think they have something left. I wish Moncada would come back soon as it improves the lineup considerably.

How Concerned Should We Be?
It is valid to a certain extent to compare Robert and Buxton. However, Buxton's first season was 2015(only 46 games) but he has been at it quite a bit longer than Robert. So Minnesota fans have been waiting a good amount of time for Buxton, so I think White Sox fans should be a little patient with Robert since this is his 2nd full season.
