I've posted that a couple of times in other "countdown" threads.

That was in no way an indictment of Rowand. He has been swinging the stick well. And I'm ALWAYS glad to see him instead of timo. I don't really have IRE towards anyone. We won the game. Pauly & E-Lo will come through big time some other time. I am questioning what everyone is calling ozzieball. Giving away outs, and not being aggressive (be it on the basepaths, or with ballsy calls like the suicide) is not what I thought we signed on for with Ozzie. The suicide squeeze isn't the type of play where you take the bat out of a guys hand. He's either going to get a hit, or the baserunners going to be out. There's no other outcome. I wavered in my own thinging for about half a second, but the suicide was the right call there. Oh and Jose was awsome today, even without the HR at the end.

Mary Kate Olsen enters rehab for Anorexia...

Agreed, once you hit 18 it's all down from there. -
Two very questionable situations in todays game.... In the third, Olivo lays down an unsucessful sacrifice attempt. (I'm sure we probably lead that category too, though I doubt anyone actually keeps track of it.) Why give up the out in that situation? 5 Fricken' runs scored after that play. In the 8th. Carlos & Jose double to tie the game. Paulie grounts to the right side to advance Jose. Perfect. Runner on third less than 1 out. Bottom of the 8th inning. Warm up Shingo, and lay down the suicide squeeze. Game over. Nope. There is not a more perfect situation for the suicide sqeeze to be called. You have the best(smartest) baserunner in baseball on third, as evidenced by his ability to get to second ahead of the throw in the second when Paulie hits a GB w/ the bases loaded(even though he was out). Instead Ozzies got Rowand up there hacking. First pitch line-out. Crede's up behind him. He hasn't had a clutch hit since the Manuel era. Ozzie doesn't have the balls to make that call. And that's too bad, because that's what I thought Ozzieball was going to be. Not some national league Bulls*** when you have arguably the most potent offense in baseball.

He or Powell will be trade bait very soon.

Interesting, the video claims that Michael Moore uses clever editing and film presentation to misrepresent the individuals in which he interviews and the facts he presents... when in fact that the ACTUAL VIDEO I'm watching is doing just that, only much more so than Moore himself.

Wasn't she the fat one? /Punch my ticket to hell. -
NO he had 13 at AA in 2001, and one a AA in 2003
-
Munoz pitched at AAA last season.
-
No -- Willis has 6 game total above A-ball. All last season with teh Carolina Mudcats. It's not uncommon to move up that quickly. Rex can explain the whole jumping from AA thing better than I can. Grienke pitched 9 games at AA last year, and 6 at AAA this year. He's now tearing up the Majors. Beckett pitched 14 games above A-Ball in his career. One was a re-hab start.

That may be the truth. Hawk ripped the whole talking to the manager thing later in the game. DJ towed the line right behind him. I'll see if I can find the article I read. It was a little blurb out of a philly paper, and I thought it used the term "test market"

BMAC's Era's and HR numbers have been significantly higher. That being said, he still has some impressive numbers. Once he can learn to avoid the longball, LOOKOUT. Chaos, The sox are doing two different things with thier broadcasts and your confusing them, and lumping them together. The mics (on Sandy and Ozzie) were in the regular broadcast. We are part of a test market-type project being run by FSN. The White Sox broadcasts, along with 5 other teams(I can't remember which, though I know Philly was one), will be debuting a bunch of new bells and whistles. Sorta like the Fox broadcasts. In last nights game there was this "pitch tracker"(I don't remember what they called it) where they showed the flight of the pitches in the opening AB to Belliard. There was another feature where they showed a good catch by carlos, but they "stop motioned" carlos every couple of steps. So you could see 5 carlos's on the path to making a diving catch. The second, the SAP feature, is set to go for a ten game run later this summer. For this feature, FSN is holding open auditions next week. To learn more about the "White Sox Open Mic", go Here ------------------------- Edit: I didn't bother to read the whole thread. ME :dips***

Nice f***ing research rector. We are treating guys just like Bong. His first career start was in Atlanta in 2002. He never saw action again in 2002. Was used exclusively out of the pen in 2003. Then was traded to another team in 2004. http://retrosheet.org/boxesetc/B04230ATL2002.htm

I'll take jennings. They can keep Chacon though.. He has never done anything away from coors. Why would I expect him to now? -
What the hell is your opinion. In the "should the sox panic thread", here's what you posted If you have an opinion state it. If you don't, don't bother cluttering up the board and increasing your post total with superfluous responses.
