If you are a pitcher who would you fear more, Sheets or Goodwin? That says it all. TLR is exasperating. When are we going to get a competent manager? We have suffered enough with Ventura and Rentería to turn the clock back to the last century with TLR as well.

For some reason Tony favors Goodwin beyond Goodwin’s ability. Goodwin is a bona fide AAA player.

Both Heuer and Crochet looked better tonight than in recent appearances. It is the best takeaway tonight. Our offense has been more of a problem lately than the relievers.

Keuchel is our weakest starting pitcher now. No margin for error with his stuff when he misses over the middle of the plate like tonight.
