Jays bad defense gave this game away. Vlad drops a throw to first. The 3 rd baseman threw the ball home on the dirt and the winning run scored for the Twins. A good throw would have had the run at the plate.

Rangers outsucked the Sox tonight. We overcame Moncada, bad defense, no clutch hitting . Our pitchers bailed us out. Cant afford to keep hitting Moncada and Grandal back to back, we dodged that big bullet tonight.

Moncada should not be hitting higher than 8 th when he plays, until he gets his shit together. His D at 3rd has been excellent but at the plate lately it has been a disaster, taking many hittable strikes.

Is he double dipping?

Yoan should not be hitting sixth again tonight. TLR never adjusts and doubles down on all his bad moves.

Incompetent statements from TLR. Bloops fell because Vaughn didn’t read the ball coming out of the bat well, and then was too slow to catch it. Vaughn had at least 4 misplays last night at RF. It is unbelievable that TLR will double down and put back Vaughn in RF. Ditto for Grandal DH again. No adjustments again.

4 th misplay by Vaughn in this game. He has been completely exposed and cannot patrol RF again. If Engel would have been defensive replacement in the 7 th we would still be tied. TLR sleep at the wheel again. No way Vaughn should have been left in a tied game late.

3rd misplay at RF by Vaughn. Can’t afford having Vaughn at RF in a tied game late. Engel should have been in RF.

Moncada and Grandal are rally killers as well as the double play ball. Have to hit and run with Robert at first.

Vaughn is looking worse at RF than even Sheets. Vaughn has been exposed in this game as awful RF once again.

What about hit and run with Abreu at bat and Robert at first. Odds of success higher than letting Abreu hit into another double play.

Moncada is just awful. Taking another 3 rd strike looking. Leaving 6 men on base so far. No way he should be hitting 6 th. No higher than 7 th and Grandal should be hitting 9th. These 2 guys are killing all possible rallies.

And Moncada second easiest. Don’t understand why Moncada is hitting ahead of Pollock. It may have cost us 2 runs.
