  1. Thanx for that post. I need posts like that to stay sane. I really get upset watching the rioters.
  2. Hmmmm ... the tape I watched showed Hillary saying Biden must not concede if somehow Trump won again (yeah right, like that was going to happen). Hillary started it saying Joe must not step down if somehow he loses. Must contest the election she said. Trump will step down soon. This is all part of the plan and it's worked to a T. Smart money was on Joe and those people have profited well at the oddsmakers. When Demos get the Senate which will happen u all won't have to worry about a Republican seriously contending ever again.
  3. I saw it with my own eyes on stream and Wheeler tweeted about it today. The mob is real and it's nightly in Portland. The 20 to 30 something white thugs dress in full body armor with shields and umbrellas every night and march and terrorize. It's real and yes it's Orwellian. They want blood. They usually settle on smashing up cars and windows of stores and throw molotov's at cops and into buildings. It's insane and yes I fear it. Wrong place wrong time ... boom, bat to the head. Again I don't care which side is doing it. I want 'em arrested. Fat chance. They get off when 'arrested.'
  4. Here's Ted Wheeler's tweet tonight, not naming it was BLM-antifa mob this time, lol. He only mentions specifics when the Proud Boys come to town. God help us all. "Last night’s criminal destruction and attack on Commissioner Ryan’s home are reprehensible. Violence, criminal destruction and intimidation are unacceptable and will not be tolerated."
  5. I don't care which side the mob is on ... I don't want to be unarmed when they come knocking, I mean bashing down, my door. Did u see last night the mob marched to the house of the Seattle congressperson who voted to keep funding for police? It was something out of Orwell. They marched to KILL. Again, I don't care who the mob represents ... I need to be safe in my country, the USA!
  6. Good thing I didn't watch then. I was never in doubt that I was a huge winner on this baby.
  7. With all due respect why the angst? Biden never was in trouble in this thing.
  8. The odds have always been huge for Biden. For those of us who knew the outcome ... kashing baby!!! Party time.
  9. You must not watch the streams .... DANGER, nightly danger. One of my goals in life is to never get hit by a baseball bat or have everything I own smashed by baseball bats.
  10. Did you see tonight the Portland mob went to the house of a city commissioner to kill him and burn his house down for his vote today? Deny it all your want, folks, it's happening. Check Andy Ngo's twitter video. Tex please send me a pic of that revolver I need to buy again. Yes I'm scared. Please Mr. Biden, solve this mess during your 4-8 years! Too much anger in America; too many government official allowing the mobs to do as they please. SCARY folks.
  11. I see it with my own eyes on livestream in Portland and Seattle. That's why I'm "afraid" of the guys in full body armor who beat the hell out of people in the streets who don't share their idiology. Trump plans I'm for? Economy (no new taxes on me). Law and order in the streets (he would have cracked down in his his second term on governors and mayors who allow the destruction). Gun owners rights (people need to defend themselves). Stuff like that. I resigned myself a long time ago Joe would win. It was obvious to all. So I hope he does well.
  12. Thank you for asking. Because I watch the riots nightly on stream (Portland, Seattle) myself. I see the anger in the streets and the radical agenda. I have read Kaepernick's demands. No prisons. I have read AOC's demands. No police. I have seen first hand Seattle defund the police and government officials simply allow the looting and destructive behavior nightly. I have heard the people against guns want them ALL out of commission. So I have "concerns" that the AOC group will be running the show. If all of you are right and we continue to have law and order I will be a happy camper. And like I said if Joe is his own man he will be the most popular president since Kennedy IMO. Thanks for asking. Trust me there are people who think like me. It is good to get all perspectives.
  13. Interesting. Thanks. I wonder how the Senate will wind up? If it goes Democrat then Joe gets everything passed. My hope is Biden is his own man. On the Republican side there's been a lot of fear he could be a puppet and merely do what AOC and BLM/Antifa want, i.e., absolutely no guns, no prisons, no cops, excessive reparations to the tune of 400,000 bucks per Black family, free medical care for illegal immigrants when Americans pay out the butt for insurance, stuff like that. I trust Joe will be his own man like Obama. If so he could be the most popular president in history considering the anger toward Mr. Trump.
  14. On a different note ... my question to you is: "Will Joe Biden be an even better president than Obama? Is he gonna be one of the most popular presidents ever since he follows a president who is publicly despised by so many?" Curious as to how we think Joe will do.
  15. My choices. 1. Ozzie Guillen 2. La Russa 3. Bochy 4. Ned Yost
  16. That's not the version I read.
  17. I doubt that. The hatred of Trump totally envelopes America. Yes he has a zillion supporters but they for the most part are quiet. The media narrative that they are a bunch of thugs running amok beating people up is wrong. They may be shining their guns but for the most part have their guns locked away until needed. Trump hatred has been a daily occurence in media, sports, pretty much everywhere except one cable channel (Fox) and one broadcaster (Rush). I think Joe woulda won in a landslide even w/out COVID. The kinder, gentler, nice polite Joe was destined to win and win big against a more rude, crass Trump. Just my take. I hope and pray Joe brings the country together, stays healthy and wards off the ideas of more radical Demos. Best of luck to Joe!
  18. How do you explain all Joe's overall vote totals in the popular vote? He got a ton of 'em. Say what you want about Trump, he's got a lot of supporters. His base doesn't care about his insensitive language, etc. And Joe whipped him good, especially in popular vote. Do you disagree with my logical scenario of many years of this combination of Demo candidates/winners? Joe, Kamala, AOC. Lotta years of president to come, via those names right?
  19. All this angst seems silly with Joe having won this election. Weird. If he stays healthy IMO he gets 8 years. Probably more likely he will go four years max (pray for good health) then give way to Kamala/AOC for eight. AOC will be old enough to run in 2024 or be VEEP more likely. Then it's her turn for eight. So I don't understand questioning the Demos philosophy when it looks like we'll have a Demo president for many years to come. Just my take. How can anybody suggest the Democrats are not in great shape for the future? Somebody said Joe's popular vote total is huge, maybe the most in history.
  20. How ironic that Tony La Russa once was ripped for being the youngest manager and now he's being ripped for being the oldest manager. I'm genuinely shocked Sox fans are against this hire. It says a lot that most Sox fans would prefer they never fired RR if it meant getting Hall of Famer Tony.
  21. What's the point line? Everything points to him being a great candidate except for his age. And that's ridiculous. His resume screams WINNER
  22. Sox fans, at least the vocal ones, drive me crazy. Hire inexperienced guys like Ventura and Bevington and there's the freak out. Got a guy like Renteria who speaks spanish and gets along with the players and the fans despise his in-game moves and want him out desperately. So what if he's a manager of the year finalist. get rid of him. But now they hire a three-time WS champ, a guy who loves the White Sox, and a Hall of Famer and there's the worst reaction of all. Tony LaRussa is a fantastic hire and Sox fans, many of 'em, are furious. They might even boo him out of the stadium on opening day at this rate. This is either an age thing completely or the desire to have a perfect person married to analytics to run the team. The mistakes he's made in his life ... geez, give the guy a break. I'm sure he regrets getting pulled over for a DUI. I'm sure everybody on here is still friends with folks they know who have gotten a DUI. I havent' abandoned friends and family who have DUIs in their past. Terrible, yes. Forgiveable? Yes if they are contrite and try to get help. I they injured somebody in that state, hopefully they are in prison.
  23. No sense of humor?
  24. For those stressed about Tony LaRussa please watch him on this game show 40 years ago. Hilarious stuff. Kudos to Tony for a sense of humor going on it.
  25. Joe had a huge gaffe today. I won't bring up details out of respect for Joe and his family. Maybe he's just grief stricken but huge gaffe. I pray as president he's fine mentally cause I don't personally want Kamala to run the country. Just my preference for Joe over Kamala.
