Is there any way Trump can be as good as Reagan? I mean I'm sure some people thought it weird an actor was president. I would suspect Trump will be horrible but could he be a Reagan?

This crazed guy only wanted to kill one person. Insane. Did they catch the shooter? If so his life is over.

Watched Home Alone II last night and was amazed at the violence little Caulkin threw the way of the bad guys. All in good fun of course, but I was thinking hitting the one robber with brick after brick in the head might bother some folks. Man the little kid beat the s*** out of the robbers. I must confess I laughed at the scene where Joe Pesci had his hair on fire. I think it happened in Home Alone the original as well. People that hated the Stooges' violence better be consistent and hate the Home Alone movies. Stooges forever!

Hawk is great. Stone is great. That is all. Hawk will go crazy covering only road games. Poor guy. Even good teams can go .500 on the road if they are 20 over at home.

Until the Sox get rid of Frazier, Lawrie, Melky, Robertson, Nate, Abreu and also trade Q, there's no evidence of a complete rebuild. Why would you have any of those guys here if you are in a true rebuild? Let's see what the Sox get for those guys. As of right now, this is just a bad team, not a rebuilding team.

I think it's pretty rare for a baseball player to b**** and moan after winning a world series. I mean, Aroldis, you disagree with the way you were used? Most baseball fans will laugh at you cause the way you were used helped your team win a ring. Can you guys remember any player b****ing after a WS title? Closest thing to Chicago might be George Bell b****ing during the playoffs about the way he was being used. That was not so special.

I wouldn't mind if they stopped now and dumped all the players at the midseason mark if we suck. See how we do, then trade them all if we reek with our new manager. Give him a chance to win first. Right now we got rid of Sale and Eaton. Big deal. Two of the pitchers we acquired were IN THE BIG LEAGUES last season. They could join the rotation and "arguably" the rotation would be fringe playoff caliber RIGHT NOW as it has been for many seasons. We've added a MLB ready second baseman who is supposed to be a star. Yes, the loss of Eaton weakens an already lousy outfield, but maybe we could actually sign a GOOD free agent outfielder and get a catcher who is not a disgrace. No I wouldn't mind if we stopped now. I don't want to win 50 games next season.

Danks never should have been DFA'ed. He was NOT our worst pitcher. If he's not hurt, he's definitely young enough to make a comeback especially if he becomes more of a crafty lefty. I LOVE John Danks and think he got the shaft with the Sox. Shields couldn't even last 3 innings without getting lit up. Danks was not even that bad. He should have been moved to long relief til he got his act together. Our bullpen has been horrific the last several years and he coulda joined that bullpen.

Can you imagine a rotation that includes both Holland and Shields? Why not reacquire Jake Peavy and lose almost every game? Seriously if we get rid of Q and Robertson and have no starters and no relievers, lol on our record. Worst team in baseball history maybe?
