Boy, the White Sox offense continues to suck. This has the makings of one, long season again in which the Sox waste some dandy starting pitching.

At some point, opposing pitchers will just stop pitching to Konerko and/or AJ, like Showalter did tonight, in order to face Rios. I guess one silver lining is we are gonna find out if it's the same ol s*** or if Robin truly is a miracle worker. If the team battles back to split this series or gasp win 3 of 4 then he's a special leader. Cause tonight's game as you pointed out is the type to send a Sox team spiraling downward. I'll be impressed if we somehow split this series after tonight. I sure as hell am not expecting 3 of 4.

First things first. Beckham should be sent down and let Lilly play second for a month. And Zach must be sent down. No time to panic on DeAza or Morel yet. Pathetic. It didn't take long for the Sox bullpen to come down to earth. It didn't take long for DeAza to inexplicably pull a Pierre and drop balls 2 straight nights. It didn't take long for fans to expect Dunn to whiff every time up. It didn't take long to lose faith again in Beckham and Morel. Losing sucks. Had we won 4-2 none of these thoughts would have entered my mind.

Baseball players mumble the saying, "one game at a time" enough they better believe that tired cliche crap. Tomorrow better have nothing to do with this game. Win the f***ing game tomorrow, White Sox.

Since the similarities are glaring, I have to mention it. DeAza drops the fly ball to cost Stewart in a tie game. Just as Pierre dropped the fly ball(s) to cost Thornton. My Q is: Does this mean our fanbase turns on DeAza as it did on Juan? Is it over for DeAza in terms of fan acceptance?

Good luck getting that Wieters (sp) guy out the rest of this series. He's playing with house's money now with 2 home runs in the opener of a four-game set.
