Obviously not making excuses for him but weren't the Hader tweets years before the fact? While still reprehensible, people grow up over time and hopefully Hader is not the person today that he was then. Seems like his teammates thought to give him the benefit of the doubt based on what they knew about him. Donaldson has proven over and over that he does not deserve that same benefit of the doubt, and his teammates reactions just reinforce that.

Bravo. It's one thing for people to not understand the context of this and need it explained to them. It's a wholly different thing to have it thoughtfully explained to you numerous times and continually choosing to ignore it.

Ugh, been thinking about this and it’s such a no-brainer that the alternative hurts. TA lives in Chicago. He’s made his home here, not just as a player but as a person. He’s quickly become one of my favorite Sox players of all-time and the thought of him leaving hurts. If I had to guess I think Jerry fucks this one up and it’s gonna kill me and a million other fans. If there’s a player he should seek to make a lifelong White Sox it’s TA7.

They may never be what they should offensively but they’re not going to be this bad forever. If this pitching stays healthy and Minnesota comes back to earth I’ll take a roll of the dice Though my rationality may be impaired. That was the most fun win we’ve had in a while

As great as Anderson’s moment was (and if it isn’t made into a bobble head we riot) I’m so goddamn happy kopech got his deserved win. The amount of people who wrote him off after effectively 2 years out of baseball was unfair, and as asinine as pitcher wins as a stat are I think he proved a few weeks ago that it meant something to him. He has more than earned it this season so glad to see him get his tonight

I was thinking that after that scuffle yesterday today was a “show me or shut up” kinda day for the team. As upset as I was about the offense, today felt good in all the ways that have been missing this season. I really hope this is a turning point going forward

Not gonna lie I thought it was possible, but gave up on the thought when they lost yesterday. Never for a moment thought they would sweep the DH today.

I think he’s coming in on his 162 game mark and his average over that is 7.2 bWAR. He looks rough at times but I’m less than worried about Robert compared to other players on this team
