That contract must have done something to him because he was a total dog for most of last season. Unless he's gonna come to play this year, he can either be traded or released for all I care.

Cotts's treatment was partly the fault of the Sox and JM. He wasn't ready for the show, let alone starting in Yankee Stadium. They should have learned from their past mistakes about young pitchers, but they didn't apparently.

They need to win this game, otherwise they're gonna have to beat Beckett at least once, maybe twice.

Unless Paulie stops the looking down at the ground everytime he hits a lazy groundball, I want him out of here. I can't stand watching that for another season. It was just flat out ridiculous.

One thing you need to know about him is that he won't be on the team unless Kong or Frank is moved....

Well, i'm only in my 3rd spanish class and we have a composition due tomorrow. here's my revised version, i just need to know if it has any major errors or problems.... it's not very long at all. El hotel está cerca muchas playas. En Florida, yo voy la playa frecuentemente. En la playa, yo hablo con las mujeres bonitas todos los días. Yo hablo con las mujeres feos nunca. Yo nado en la piscina de hotel mucho. Hizo mucho y mucho calor durante el viaje. El miércoles nosotros fuimos a mi restaurante favorito. Mi restaurante favorito es Louisiana Lagniappe. Quiero todo la comida, especialmente el camarón. Después de comer en Louisiana Lagniappe en miércoles, yo fui al bar las mujeres bonitas. Bebí muchas cervezas. I hope the only thing Graff is in the mix for is a utility role - he's not an everyday player.

I see Loaiza winning 15 games next year, but you also figure Buehrle will win more games as will Garland. Flash not returning won't be a huge deal if Marte is our closer. Throw in a healthy Koch and we could get an added boost from him as well. Everett didn't do much for me. He's a good player, but I'd rather spend the money elsewhere. Can't fault him for busting his ass and playing hard though, which was appreciated by all Sox fans. The loss of Colon will be the biggest to deal with because it reduces the number of guys who you feel confidenct starting every time out. Right now for us, I feel good when Loaiza, Buehrle and Colon are going. To me, the other positions are crapshoots. Garland can be good or he can be downright horrid. Hopefully he can harness his potential next season and get around 15 wins. The fifth starter is the biggest issue. We got like 4 wins all season from that spot if I am correct (1 from Wright, 1 from Cotts, one from Porzio and one from Stewart). That's gotta change next season.

His speed is similar to Pierre, but I've never seen anything from him (during his limited playing time) that would show he's anything more than an average hitter at best. Pierre is also a good defensive centerfielder, while Willie is still learning the position. Although I'd love to see him develop into something more than a role player, there's no evidence at this point that points to that as a reality.

I need someone to proofread something for me, if at all possible. I'm pretty good at Spanish, but it never hurts to have someone who actually knows the language well or speaks the language to take a look.

Depending on whether or not we got the Buehrle of the first half of the season or the second half of the season and whether or not Flash was closing all season, I'd say we easily win 90 and the division. Too hard to pick a single number of games, but I do believe it would have been over 90.

While it's too early to speculate the entire roster at this point, there's definitely some interesting ideas in this post. Keep up the creative ideas guys, maybe some of them will come true.

I'm not involved in any of this in anyway, besides the fact that I said cw sent me a bizarre PM once which was NOT of a sexual manner, but that's beside the point. I've loved posting here since the site began and I'm still going to enjoy the site. However, here is my problem with what is going on. Right now, there's no proof of anything that is being claimed that cw allegedly did. So therefore, there's really no argument. It's just one side's word against another side's word. So someone is lying. I'm not taking sides. What really irriates the hell out of me is the position Jas has been put in and the other members of the site who are not involved in this. I encourage the powers that be to make this an issue that is not solved in public, but rather solved behind closed doors off of the site's message board. That's the only way to deal with this in appropriate manner. I've said my piece and I encourage other members of the site to focus on having fun while posting and stop making personal attacks or claims towards other posters. This site is supposed to be fun, not stressful. I hope all of you here will join me in my thoughts. I know most of you will. Thanks for hearing me out.
