    hey guys

    What exactly went down?
  2. This past summer at the Cell I tried to start it since the Sox were losing to Tampa Bay. It was the game that ended the winning streak, when Cy Porzio was pitching. Anyhow, to make a long story short, about 5 rows of us did it, and everyone else looked at us like we were idiots.

  8. He's gotta be the biggest a$$hole announcer in all of sports. He cannot be taken off the air soon enough. Here's to Dick: :fyou

    hey guys

I'm sure I could arrange that visit to coincide with a West Coast trip for the Sox...

    hey guys

Oh, I'd definitely stay, as long as you kick Carlos out of the bed and let me jump right on in...
  11. I doubt he's ever been laid period. And if the shirt is so damn successful, why sell it? I'd have it dry cleaned frequently so it lasts as long as possible. Like I said, kid's a total tool.

    hey guys

Damn Heather, I may have to visit Chicago more often.
  13. Her eyes are unreal. She's going to be something in a few years.
  14. What'd they do? I wasn't watching. Some stupid thing where they kept showing Russell Crowe and stupid vignettes of all the players.
  15. Is it just me or was that the lamest pre-game teaser ever by Fox? I'll be glad when they don't do the World Series anymore.
  16. I think 12, then you have 3 spots for IR (injured reserve).
  17. I think Danny can be a great asset out of the pen next year. I really think that could be where he really shines. At any rate, he won't be able to give up that big first inning in a relief role So is Josh Stewart completely off the radar? Has he been recovering from whatever freaky neural/circulatory problem that shot to the chest left hm with? And does anyone think Shoenweiss can win the 5th spot with a great Spring showing? I agree. Farmio said many times on the radio this past season that Wright could be a great closer in the big leagues, which I agree with. Could even get a shot next season, especially if Koch isn't back to his old self and the Sox want to keep Marte in the set-up role. I don't see Gordon coming back. In terms of Stewart, I think he's still on the radar, but he's down the list. Everyone was high on him after last season and then even higher after his strong showing out in Arizona last fall. Then he had a horrible season plagued by injuries and fell down the list. Only way we see him next year is if was to pitch lights out in the Spring, otherwise he'll be in AAA the whole year in my opinion. Even if he did pan out, he's no better than a #5.
  18. Yeap, he'll probably make ya some exlax laced brownies.

    hey guys

A for my first name, Alex. Bozich, which is my last name. And you are correct, the IU part was for Indiana University Bloomington, which I no longer attend.
  20. Looks like he had a friend bid on it or bid on it himself. What a tool.
  21. No thanks, after your horror story.
  22. I was wondering the same thing.... We saw more on the MTV video music awards. Just do Playboy already. Make millions. Simple. She already makes millions. She really has nothing to gain by doing Playboy now. It'd be better to wait til her career is dead and she's blown all of her money.
  23. I think you underestimate Konerko's trade value. I do. Look at it this way. If I was a GM of some team, and looking to trade a starting pitcher of mine, who is decent, and the White Sox offered me Paul Konerko for him, I'd say no. Unless the GM is a complete moron and doesn't look at speed, defense, etc, I wouldn't accept. Granted, there's no way of not knowing that PK won't have a great slump again this year. He probably won't. I just don't want that slowness of his on our team. Possibly a team looking for a DH or a 1B that hits for power, and don't mind about speed, then we might be able to get something useful out of them. In a perfect world, I'd get rid of Frank, move Lee to first, DH Konerko and put the LF and CF spots up for grabs. While Carlos isn't a bad left fielder anymore, we could definitely use more speed in the lineup and moving him to the infield wouldn't be a bad move in my opinion. Then you put the CF/LF spots up for grabs in ST and let Rowand, Harris, Borchard and Reed fight for them. Of course this will never happen, but it's just what I think would be best for the Sox. I think if the Sox keep Carlos long-term, you'll see him switched to either DH or 1B.
