  1. QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Jan 4, 2006 -> 03:56 PM) Well said....and I agree on all those women, except Madonna is like 100 so I can't call her hot. few points... it isn't hollywood... it's just kids trying to be accepted, i'm not saying it is right. she's now in the "paris hilton circle" ( as page 6 regularly reports, my favorite..) which carries alot of "pressure" to be accepted... drugs/hollywood socialites have been around for a LLLOOONNNGGGG time, everyone knows Lucille Ball was a saint , and the list goes on and on and on, once again I'm not saying it is right, but it isn't news. the internet and camera phones just uncover it faster. lastly... madonna 100 are you kidding me... did ya see on the cover of Rolling Stone last month?? she's smokin hot... that is all...

  14. as i look at another boring monday night matchup I wonder... would the NFL make as much $$$ if they went pay-per-view?? I think NO... are there really enough households in green bay and baltimore willing to pay for this weeks match-up? the frisco-jax match-up i'm sure will have great ratings.. it's not just this week it seems for the past few years the late season primetime matchups have been complete dud's .... I just think it makes more sense to package the slop and let the networks swallow it... wondering what is the opinion in the sports bar??? how many pay-per-view games would you be buying this week???
  15. QUOTE(FlaSoxxJim @ Dec 15, 2005 -> 02:52 PM) Me too. But I've made a full recovery. \ full recovery??? that's debatable

  19. found an interesting article on this, by none other than Mary Mitchell... whom I normally totally disagree with... some of you may remember she was beat up with her son outside Wrigley Field.... she has some interesting points... "And if he is innocent, why haven't his lawyers been successful in proving his innocence? Why didn't the monied people who are now rallying to this cause put their wealth together to mount a Rubin "Hurricane" Carter-type defense?" and "We would be appalled if a civil rights leader argued that ex-Klansman Robert Chambliss had redeemed himself for his role in the 1963 Birmingham church bombing that killed four black girls -- even if Chambliss wrote a ton of children's books and became a Sunday school teacher. We would be just as outraged if it was argued that Byron de la Beckwith had redeemed himself for the 1963 murder of Mississippi civil rights leader Medgar Evers." http://www.suntimes.com/output/mitchell/cst-nws-mitch08.html Mary even goes so far to say this man caused more harm to black families than racial injustice... and another note... did "tookie" even write those children's books?
  20. QUOTE(SoCalSouthSider59 @ Dec 12, 2005 -> 09:56 AM) I can't wait till Cali executes Scott Peterson too, another piece of s*** that should have already been taken out and shot. But alas, i'll have to probably wait until i'm in my late 60's for that one....... It's not about race with me folks, murderers are all equal, and should be treated as such! See my avitar>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Right on southside!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  21. QUOTE(FlaSoxxJim @ Dec 12, 2005 -> 08:14 AM) I envy your ability to see everything as so black and white, Nuke. Williams is absolutely the perfect candidate for clemency, and his sentence should be commuted to life imprisonment. He has reformed himself to about the highest degree anyone can. His books, web community intervention sites, etc., as well as his changed life in prison is testament that people can and do change. Admittedly a Crip co-founder, and possibly guilty of the murder charges during the robberies he went to tial for, justice certainly can be served by keeping him incercerated for the rest of his life. But several constitutional violations and extraordinary circumstances surrounding his trial should alone be sufficient for clemency if there was any real justice. Above and beyond that, Williams is an asset to society for the work he has done from inside prison. life without parole is a plenty severe sentence, and it allows Williams to continue to serve as a role model/cautionary tale and to continue to affect positive change. Obviously the most liberal court of appeals in the country (9th Circuit), found no constitutional problems with his conviction. Hence, fry the bastard. You do not grant clemency to someone because they have supposedly been reformed. He is a heartless bastard who has never shown any remorse for his actions. And these hollywood libs are a joke.
  22. QUOTE(kyyle23 @ Dec 12, 2005 -> 08:03 AM) I think Arnie is gonna wuss out because of the threat of riots. Let them riot, they have to live there. Those people who riot have no respect for their surroundings. Don't they realize they are destroying their own neighborhoods?
  23. QUOTE(kyyle23 @ Dec 9, 2005 -> 01:01 PM) I get it, she should go up there, rip on Gays, ex-presidents, anything non-christian, and not expect students at a college to get upset. Not only did she walk right into the situation knowing that it would be volatile, she instigated it more with attacking everything she doesnt agree with. Oh but this is a liberal-conservative thing, I forgot that common sense and respect arent necassarily required when making a speech. Yeah, I read Anne Coulters quote the first time. Right. Everytime a conservatve speaks at a college they should expect to be heckled.
  24. QUOTE(Rex Kickass @ Dec 9, 2005 -> 01:42 PM) Ann Coulter is an insult comic who describes herself to be a pundit. Big difference between her and Cindy Sheehan who's a political activist. Can you hear that? That is the door closing on Cindy Sheehan. Your 10 Minutes are up.
