In my opinion, I'm watching the best baseball team I have ever seen... these white sox are better than any east coast team of the 90's... no superstars just a team.. the white sox reserves swept the cleveland indians to end the season... and a reserve did pretty well last night...

so i watch some replays of game 1 and 2 and there is a camera right behind home plate at the cell (how about buying a scout seat and end up having a camera RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!) why is that camera there? so I'm guessing it's a fox/mlb agreement... fair enough... and there will probably be one there in houston... but no, there is not a camera behind home plate in houston... why doesn't barbara bush ( whom I'm impressed stayed so long) have to sit behind a camera?

I didn't hear what actually happened to the balls... someone earlier said the ball catchers gave them to the team... but the thing to remember when catching milestone balls is... more often than not once you leave the stadium the ball is worthless... world series balls may be different, like when bonds was chasing 700 they put a chip in it or something... but unless the team/league authenticates the ball, it is worthless...

I just talked to a chicago fireman who said western ave is the location for a sox WS victory parade... but i'm not sure if i can believe him... he's a cub fan...

so i guess no one can confirm or deny this rumor... no CPD officials on the board???

I heard that the Chicago Police were already working out contingency plans for the victory parade (sorry to put the horse before the cart) to be held on Western Ave. along the exact same route as the southside irish parade 103rd to 111th... my source is a city worker with lots of cop buddies... it could be just a rumor I was just wondering if anyone else heard this??? If it happens it would be great but would the team shun the whole Chicago region like that... what about all the fans in addison sorry if this is perceived as starting a rumor...
