Not sure what you mean. If an interesting flyer or depth piece pops up on waivers, they can put in a claim regardless of Baldwin and Teel. Those guys (and their immediate replacements) are already on the 40. Doesn't need to be someone expected to play in April, it can be another Romo who they nab and stash in Charlotte.
