If Yoan's back is really bothering him they should just IL him. As he's proven the last season plus he's useless with the bat when playing injured.

I'd be more ok with the Crochet pick if they wouldn't have rushed him to the pen and actually let him start in the minors, but Burger/Madrigal/Vaughn during the tank years were terrible picks.

This season has 2007-like disaster written all over it. Hopefully it's enough to get Hahn fired finally.

I don't think Lynn is done per se, but the velocity is something to watch because of the pitch clock and his age. If it doesn't improve by May 15th then it starts to become a concern. I don't think Kopech is done either btw, let them see if it was just him tipping his pitches.

It's the 2nd series of the season, there's not much to work with in terms of sample size.

It's the second series of the year, all we have to work on is what has happened so far. Obviously there's time for Lynn to get his arm worked up to full strength. The pitch clock is also a big deal. Lynn has just been trash today all around, both velocity wise and command wise.

It's way down from the 93 he averaged last year and his career norm is averaging somewhere between 93.5-94.6.
