Jerry should spend money because he is the owner of the team but he won’t because he is a deadbeat owner that just wants to collect profits. Ishbia is not the owner of the team and has zero incentive to spend money and save Jerry from spending any.

On the post game show last night, Our Chuck made a big deal about Getz attending the Barons game, saying that it shows how important winning at all levels is to Getz and this new front office. Except for winning at the the major league level apparently… 🤣

I wouldn’t be surprised if that is optimistic. Smith and Schultz are walking the world in the minors, and they are supposed to be the starters with the most talent over everyone else.
