  1. 2025 White Sox… same as the 2024 White Sox.
  2. This team stinks. 6-0 Rangers. Can’t even get out of the first inning.
  3. Pitch clock violation. 3-0 Rangers.
  4. Maybe big league jitters. It doesn’t look like he has had big walk issues in the minors based on his numbers.
  5. What did the Sox see in this guy? He can’t throw strikes to save his life.
  6. Haha, Steve Stone — like all pitchers, control is the key to success for Shane Smith… Two walks later…
  7. Didn’t know about that one. I’ll have to check it out.
  8. Google Meidroth and LOTR and see what comes up. That’s what I did.
  9. It’s called Google, haha. Trust me, I don’t know much about LOTR other than the movies. I actually only finished watching the Prime show just cuz it was so hilariously bad. I was a much bigger fan of Game of Thrones and the new prequel.
  10. Just joking. I was never huge into LOTR and never read the books but I have watched most of the movies and the hilariously bad Amazon Prime show. His name is pretty close to this character… https://tolkiengateway.net/wiki/Maedhros
  11. Get your own material… 🤣 https://www.soxtalk.com/forums/search/?&q=Lord Meidroth&search_and_or=and
  12. Yep, didn’t this supposedly happen a few offseason back when people said teams were colluding not to sign free agents, when a bunch of players went unsigned to the start of the season?
  13. Couldn’t the owners already take a break and choose to stop spending on free agents, similar to Jerry and the Sox ~$75 million payroll? They could all just use the rebuild excuse as well.
  14. Merkin saying the same thing — Clevinger to the bullpen. https://www.mlb.com/whitesox/news/mike-clevinger-is-healthy-ready-to-move-to-white-sox-bullpen
  15. And if one is so excited about mediocre to bad baseball, why does he care what anyone else thinks? Why can’t he just be happy watching Jerry’s garbage product without feeling the need for others to be excited about it?
  16. Rendon and Moncada — the most injury prone 3B duo in the history of baseball.
  17. Already injured… “Nick Madrigal left Sunday’s game against the Nationals with an apparent injury. Madrigal left Sunday’s game in the first inning with a trainer after charging a ground ball that deflected off the pitcher. The nature and severity of the injury are unclear at this time.”
