We have no problem spending money on junk relievers and the Leury Garcia's of the world. Payroll is in the top half of baseball. That's on the front office for not spending wisely. Guardians had to trade away Lindor and got Jose Ramirez on a relatively cheap contract. I'll take the Guardians front office but not the cheap ownership. If they had an owner that spent like JR with their front office they would run away with the Central every year.
