Not that we can't use such a player with Graffy on the mend and Harris still learning. So what? Nunez is only a sweetener. If he turns out to be something, its a bonus. For now tho, this deal is great just because we got Bartolo! does this mean that tony g injury is alot more severe? Torn ACL is severe and I do think the Sox wonder if he'll be back at the start of the season. Nunez is a pretty solid player. i wonder if he doesn't have the lead off type of stats?

ref to eating crow, i don't believe i am one of those who should be eating crow. i was and has been in hopes of getting colon. now if you think that i should eat crow and say that kw is a demi-god, forget it. there is going to be question about colon that i have. 1. can we resign him 2. is weight prob really a prob and will it affect his pit.

Do I give KW credit for getting Bartolo Colon for relatively nothing? Hell yeah I do. Glad to see we weren't the ones getting fleeced for once. But..... AND THIS IS A BIG BUT..... let's not all go and suck KW's dick just yet. This is the best deal of his GM tenure by far, but this deal doesn't make up for the K-layton acquisition, the Ritchie deal, the Durham trade, etc. Maybe some of the posters are right in stating that KW is perhaps growing into the position of GM.
